Please rest assure that we still charge actual shipping + $3 handling fee for international orders. We used to ask our customers choose "money order" as payment method, we estimate the shipping cost and then send out the invoice so the customers can check out. It's really hard to get the estimated shipping = actual shipping. So we changed our procedure. We overcharge shipping cost first then refund the extra after the package is shipped. Now international customers do not need to wait for the invoice to make payment. Just put everything in the shopping cart, pay the total amount via PayPal or credit card at check out, we will refund the extra shipping cost after the package is shipped. Please see details below. |

International Shipping Rate International orders are shipped via US post office. We charge actual shipping cost plus $3 handling fee per order. We overcharge shipping fee first. After the package is shipped, the extra shipping cost will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card (within 3 business days after order is shipped). Below are some examples of USPS rates to other countries. By default, we use these rates: a) For orders less than 64 oz, we ship via first class mail which is "Package (Small Packets)" rate. b) For orders more than 64oz, we ship via priority mail which is "Priority Mail International" rate. c) Some packages have to be sent via Express Mail which is "Express Mail International" rate. We will contact you if this is the case. d) The best part, we use priority mail flat rate envelopes ($12.95) or flat rate boxes (medium--$41.95, large-$53.95) to ship the heavy items. For example, the weight of 5x100pc single prong alligator clips is 40oz. Instead of using first class mail (over $20 to most of the country), we use priority mail flat rate envelopes ($12.95). Please scroll down to see pictures of flat rate packages. e) Sometimes we ship your order in 2 packages to help you save more. For example, the weight of 10x100pc single prong alligator clips is 80oz (5lb). The priority mail rate is over $40 to most of the country. We will use 2 flat rate envelopes to lower the shipping cost to 2x$12.95. Above are the reasons that we don't charge international shipping fee by weight or by total of the order. This way we don't overcharge shipping cost to our international customers. Sorry for the inconvenience. ************************************************************************* Again, we overcharge shipping fee when you place the order, then refund the extra to your PayPal or credit card after order is shipped. It might happen that we don't charge enough shipping fee, we will send you an invoice when processing the order. Please note that some international packages will be delayed by customs department (1 week, 2 weeks, even more). Especially if the package contains clips. ** Take advantage of USPS flat rate shipping boxes and envelopes. The box in the picture holds 10 x 100pc single prong alligator clips, 10 x 100pc 30mm snap clips, 32 rolls of 5yd 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. There are still space for 30 rolls of 5yd 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. The cost? $41.95 To AU or Europe.
The envelope has 38x5yd rolls of 3/8" ribbon. The shipping cost is $12.95 to AU or Europe.
